Twisted filament yarn:
Twist filament yarn is stable in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and the uneven fiber orientation can be adjusted in the whole filament yarn by twisting; The yarn is stiff and round.
Textured yarn:
At the same time, it has the characteristics of staple yarn and filament yarn.
The moisture absorption, air permeability, softness, elasticity and warmth retention of the silk are improved;
The yarn surface is dull, fluffy or elastic, and feels soft, so as to improve the covering ability;
The utilization degree of fiber strength is slightly worse than that of filament yarn, and the extensibility is related to the processing method.
The fabric has high dimensional stability and good shape retention;
It maintains the characteristics of easy washing and quick drying of synthetic fiber fabrics;
Processing is more complex than filament.
False twist textured yarn:
The curl state is mainly spiral, with spiral rings in both positive and negative directions; The structure of the yarn is uniform and bulky, with good warmth retention and softness, but the hook wire and fuzzing and pilling; The main features are fluffy and extensibility. Its diameter can be many times higher than that of the precursor. Depending on the twist, the extensibility can also be greatly increased. The elasticity of high elastic wire can reach 2 ~ 4 times or more, and the low elastic wire can be reduced as needed.
